EarthBODYment employs methods of embodied movement and improvisation as a means of connecting to our Mother Earth; exploring and expressing our feelings related to the health of our global home: Gaia.
EarthBODYment draws on the work of Deep Ecologist Joanna Macy and her 'Work That Reconnects', Action Theater™ and other exploratory techniques.
