TWO EarthBODYment Workshops:
EarthBODYment employs methods of embodied improvisation as a means of connecting to our Mother Earth; exploring and expressing our feelings related to the health of our global home: Gaia.
EarthBODYment draws on the work of Deep Ecologist Joanna Macy and her 'Work that Reconnects', Action Theater™ work and other exploratory drama techniques!
It a method of exploration and expression that I am developing....I invite you to join me!
